I came in for an SNS manicure and I have to say that I was very impressed with their work. The lady that did my nails was very patient and detailed with my nails. I wish they had more color options for SNS nails, but overall I am very satisfied. This will be my go to nail salon in San Francisco.

A friend recommended this place to me so I decided to try it out. I got a pedicure, and a full set with gel color. My nails have never looked this good!! The girls there were very friendly and polite, and the salon is a clean and comfortable environment. I can't wait to come back!

These ladies take pride in their work and make sure my nails look great.  I could not be more pleased with the service and outcome.  I don't go anywhere else.  The chairs and pillows are very comfortable.

I did a walk in for gel mani and a regular pedi. They took care of me right away. The gel mani was great it lasted over a week and for me that is great because I am very rough on my hands. The pedi was very nice as well it wasn't gel but it did last a few weeks

I reviewed before but I just loved my nails and the color so much, I just had to do it again!

I have been coming to Zen for my gel manicure and pedicure for couple of months now, each and every time they do an amazing job!  My nails last at least a good 3 weeks (would probably last longer if my nails didn't grow as fast).  I went in 3 weeks ago and wanted some Christmas designs for the holiday, Joe helped me this time, so patient and artistic!  All my nails are so nice and I've been getting countless compliments!!!  I've referred many friends to Zen, they are simply awesome!!!

Went here with my friend on a whim. We got here at 630 when they closed at 7 and they were accommodating. Good prices and a good job on my mani/pedi. The only thing that bothered me was they didn't make any combo. They just stood around talking to each other while still working on my nails. Also, they started cleaning when they still had customers. I understand they were closing but they had an older lady lift her legs so they could sweep and rushed everything. Overall I would go back for the reasonable prices and nice job on the nails.

By far the worst waxing ....rushed double  dipped which is not clean at all ... she put it on hot didn't ask me if it's fine ... all she was talking about how the people here tip so little felt awkward never coming back here again
