A friend recommended this place to me so I decided to try it out. I got a pedicure, and a full set with gel color. My nails have never looked this good!! The girls there were very friendly and polite, and the salon is a clean and comfortable environment. I can't wait to come back!

By far the worst waxing ....rushed double dipped which is not clean at all ... she put it on hot didn't ask me if it's fine ... all she was talking about how the people here tip so little felt awkward never coming back here again

Went here with my friend on a whim. We got here at 630 when they closed at 7 and they were accommodating. Good prices and a good job on my mani/pedi. The only thing that bothered me was they didn't make any combo. They just stood around talking to each other while still working on my nails. Also, they started cleaning when they still had customers. I understand they were closing but they had an older lady lift her legs so they could sweep and rushed everything. Overall I would go back for the reasonable prices and nice job on the nails.

These ladies take pride in their work and make sure my nails look great. I could not be more pleased with the service and outcome. I don't go anywhere else. The chairs and pillows are very comfortable.

I came in for an SNS manicure and I have to say that I was very impressed with their work. The lady that did my nails was very patient and detailed with my nails. I wish they had more color options for SNS nails, but overall I am very satisfied. This will be my go to nail salon in San Francisco.

I did a walk in for gel mani and a regular pedi. They took care of me right away. The gel mani was great it lasted over a week and for me that is great because I am very rough on my hands. The pedi was very nice as well it wasn't gel but it did last a few weeks

I have been coming to Zen for my gel manicure and pedicure for couple of months now, each and every time they do an amazing job! My nails last at least a good 3 weeks (would probably last longer if my nails didn't grow as fast). I went in 3 weeks ago and wanted some Christmas designs for the holiday, Joe helped me this time, so patient and artistic! All my nails are so nice and I've been getting countless compliments!!! I've referred many friends to Zen, they are simply awesome!!!

Worst place to do mani. They couldn't take off gel for 35 min, made a damage to my nails and they keep jumping from one client to another and leave you without attention.

My friend and I had made an appointment for manis/pedis. When we got to Zen Beauty Spa, we weren't greeted warmly; rather, one of the employees barked at us to go pick out colors. When we made our way towards the color selections, she yelled at us once more to choose a color. My friend's SNS manicure took over 2 hours, as the staff took turns switching it up (that's one strategy to try and get more tips and a surefire way to piss off your clientele....). They would frequently stop her manicure to answer the phone, and once rested their appointment book on her chest. Extremely inappropriate if you ask me. As for my manicure, I politely asked the woman working on my hands to kindly erase traces of my old manicure, to which she looked at me like I was a leper and turned to her friend, saying something in Vietnamese, and intermittently glancing over at me. Lastly, the women working on my friend's SNS manicure left the skin around her fingers and hands scabbed and extremely torn up. My friend and I found the staff here to be extremely unprofessional and rude, and we will NOT be coming back.

Overall I had a good experience as soon as I walked in I was helped out. Luckily for me business was slow so I was out the shop pretty fast. What I got was a pedicure, which costed 23 dollars. Not to bad. Only thing I disliked was that I wasn't able to tip through my card. If you plan on going make sure to bring cash to tip whomever helps you.

Came here because my usual place isn't open Mondays. I got a gel manicure, which usually lasts three even four weeks for and I already have had the gel peel off two of the nails. Also the nails are turning a disgusting black color that I cannot get clean! Incredibly disappointed and would not recommend or return. Only giving two stars rather than one because the place is very clean and the ambiance is nice.

This is my FAVORITE nail salon! Everyone there is always super nice and friendly! I would suggest making an appointment if possible cause they can get busy but I've been able to walk in and get everything I want!

P.s. Make sure you pay for your meter ;D

Just got a fill and gel manicure from Niki.She was great, very detailed oriented. My manicure turned out wonderful. She reshaped my coffin nails to this beautiful almond shape. She did an awesome job and I'll be returning to this spot.

I have been coming here for quite some time and don't go anywhere else.
If I get Gel Nails done I always make a appointment with Mee, she is absolutely amazing and does such a wonderful job on my nails.
If I get Acrylic Nails done I always go to Violet, she makes my nails look exactly the way
I want it, and she does a fantastic job with the nail art (plus she is very patient trying to get the design right). I always get a lot of compliments with the great job she does.
Overall Zen beauty spa staff and environment is wonderful.

By far one of the best nail salons I have been to! They can do it all. Violet and Thu do an amazing job with manicures and pedicures--they are my favs. As far as waxing and eyebrows go, Sonia is my go to girl. I have never had anyone work such magic before. She always leaves my eyebrows looking amazing!

This place is always clean and is a friendly environment. I highly recommend Zen Beauty Salon.

I've been seeing Sonia at Zen Beauty Spa for nearly 5 years. She's a rare jewel!! A perfectionist, her manicures and waxing services are beyond compare. She always greets me with a happy smile regardless if I made an appointment or not and remembers small details that some friends don't even recall. This is my top recommendation in San Francisco for mani/pedis and waxing regardless of your budget. They offer specials so it's always reasonable and relaxing. Ask for Sonia!!

My sisters and mom always come here to get our nails done here. Always such an amazing job and work. Sonia is amazing for any wax needs so highly recommend her. Everyone else is amazing for any mani and pedi needs.

I have been using Zen Beauty Spa for nail care and waxing for several years, and I'm always pleased with the staff, their attention to detail, and the end results. Sonya and the other technicians are very professional, friendly, and they do a great job.
